The Discover Branson Visitors Center is conveniently located on the famous Highway 76 strip, right at the gateway to Branson’s entertainment district. Our central location makes us easy to find and an ideal first stop when you arrive in town.

Please be sure to include “Country Blvd” when entering the address into your GPS, as using an abbreviated version may direct you to the wrong location on the opposite side of Lake Taneycomo.

You will check in at our Welcome Center located at 1105 W. 76 Country Blvd, conveniently situated on Branson’s main Highway 76 strip. Our check-in hours are daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

If you anticipate arriving after 7:00 PM, please contact us in advance so we can arrange a smooth and convenient alternative check-in for your arrival.

Ticket Policy
All ticket purchases are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Vacation Package Policy
Vacation packages are non-refundable; however, they remain valid for up to 12 months from the original purchase date, giving you the flexibility to reschedule your trip at a later time.

Trip Protection Policy
If changes are made to a vacation package, a Trip Protection Fee will be applied. This fee varies based on the package price but typically averages around $30 and provides up to 6 months of added flexibility for rescheduling your travel plans.

You should have received a confirmation email that includes your VIP Ticket List, outlining all eligible shows and attractions. If you did not receive this email for any reason, you can visit our website, click on “Shows to See,” and use the VIP filter to view the complete and most up-to-date list of available options.

VIP Ticket Policy
The VIP Ticket List represents the full selection of shows available for VIP ticket redemption. VIP tickets cannot be exchanged or combined for alternative ticket options outside of this list.

However, guests do have the option to upgrade their VIP tickets to select shows not included on the list for an additional fee. We also offer discounted pricing on a wide variety of other shows and attractions.

Yes, we’re happy to accommodate pets; however, we must ensure your reservation is placed at a pet-friendly hotel with the appropriate room type. Pet-friendly properties do require a pet fee, which is paid directly to the hotel at check-in, and we will provide those details in advance.

To properly arrange your stay, we will need information including the number of pets, their size and breed (as some hotels have restrictions), and whether you can provide a crate if your pet will be left unattended in the room. While not all properties require this, some do.

For guests traveling with a qualified service animal (not an emotional support animal), all of our lodging partners accommodate service animals at no additional charge. We will simply notify the hotel in advance to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in experience.


Please notify us of any additional guests prior to your arrival and check-in. Occupancy limits are set in accordance with local fire codes and are based on the room’s square footage, so it’s important that all guests are accounted for in advance.

We also coordinate with the hotel to ensure all registered guests are included for daily amenities such as breakfast. Some properties may offer rollaway beds; however, availability is limited and additional charges may apply, which are collected directly by the hotel. In certain cases, an additional room may be required and would need to be reserved and paid for separately.

Yes.  We require a verbal or email confirmation on all arrivals at least 3 days prior to arrival.  If we do not receive confirmation of arrival we will leave a final message alerting you that we will need to cancel the dates you have booked and reschedule them at a later time. 

There are no required presentations and no hidden fees—what you see is exactly what you get. While we do partner with select travel providers who may offer optional presentations in exchange for additional savings, participation is always completely voluntary and never a condition of your ticket purchases.

Most of our package deals do require a presentation but the language is attached and we disclose that every time. No catches, no surprises.

Yes. Discover Branson is a full-service vacation planning company, and our team is here to assist you every step of the way. You’re welcome to purchase as many tickets, packages, or experiences as you’d like, and you can do so as often as needed. Our goal is to make planning your Branson visit simple, flexible, and completely tailored to you.

Once your tickets are purchased online, our travel planners will coordinate directly with each theater and lodging partner to secure your reservations. A detailed confirmation will then be sent to you via email, including all reservation information and directions to our Welcome Center located at 1105 W. 76 Country Blvd, Branson, MO.

To ensure the highest level of security, we do not distribute tickets electronically. Through our agreements with our partners, all tickets and package components are securely held for in-person pickup. This process helps protect your purchase and ensures that you—and only you—receive your tickets.

Upon your arrival in Branson, simply stop by our Welcome Center to pick up your tickets and finalize your travel arrangements.

We ask that you allow up to 24 hours for order processing. This timeframe ensures we receive and verify all confirmations from our theater and lodging partners. In most cases, confirmations are completed and delivered the same day.

Once finalized, you will receive a detailed email including your full itinerary, confirmation details, and clear instructions on where to check in with us upon your arrival in Branson.

At this time, we are unable to sell multiple vacation packages for the same trip due to qualification requirements and the deeply discounted nature of our pricing.

However, we’re happy to help you extend your stay by adding additional nights at our discounted lodging rates. You can also take advantage of our discounted ticket pricing to customize your itinerary—allowing you to enjoy Branson for as long as you’d like.

We do limit each family to one vacation package per visit due to qualification requirements and the deeply discounted nature of our pricing.

That said, we’re happy to assist with additional lodging and tickets for other family members so they can join you and enjoy Branson together. Simply let us know at the time of purchase, and we will gladly provide a customized quote to accommodate everyone in your group.

Yes, we do offer return-trip packages during your stay, allowing you to plan your next visit to Branson while you’re here. Please note that package availability and pricing are subject to change, as offers may vary over time and by market.
