  • Breakfast Bombs and Gut Busters

Anyone who has spent much time in the south ( or in Branson) knows the appeal of waking up to a breakfast of biscuits and sausage gravy. This down home, comfort food might be the most frequently offered menu item, served in more places to eat around Branson than any other dish. Nearly every breakfast restaurant in town serves their version, and most hotels that offer a complimentary breakfast offer them up as well. Even Mickey D’s has them on their menu. It’s no wonder why they are so popular. A flaky buttermilk biscuit ( or two ) topped with freshly made cream gravy loaded with pork sausage with just the right balance of sage and fennel is hard to beat. With nicknames like ” Breakfast Bombs” and “Gut-Busters”, B & G’s are well known to “stick to your ribs”. Try some soon
